We can supply an individual or a team of experienced Door Supervisors, both male and female to help you run your events smoothly. Having been a events security doorman myself I have first hand experience in this

field. Two key factors. First is that people coming to your event must see that the security is in control.

SUPERVISORS:

South West Private Patrol - STARS DIVISION supervision are on call 24 hours a day. They are the front-line management that keep and over see the operation running as smoothly as possible. They are the eyes and ears of middle management and have the day to day or routine contact with the client or client representative. They deal on a daily basis with those issues that may arise with security officers on field sites. They are responsible for the assessment and routine judgment calls in matters of disciplinary, enforcement, actions policies, post orders that are of a daily and routine matter. They keep the middle management advised of any and all issues of concern to better serve not only the client but as well the assigned officers. Recommendations are made as needed for any changes that may have to be made or training matters are quickly handled by the supervisors o better have the officers better perform there duties as assigned. Supervisors play a vital role and assist upper management to have a better and smoother operation and help maintain a good relation with the client as well as the front line security officer. All working together as a team to better service our client(s).

PATROL SERVICES:

South West Private Patrol Stars Division Depending on the nature of your business you could require more than a standard security solution - you might need the quick response, the presence, and impact of a mobile security patrol.

South West Private Patrol Stars Division offers interior and exterior checks of your business and property. Fully marked patrol vehicles with a uniformed security officers.

SECURITY OFFICERS SERVICES:

South West Private Patrol Stars Division has female /male security officers. Uniformed or business professional attire site security officers for all types of businesses. Whether your needs are for 24 -hours coverage or less, South West Private Patrol Stars Division will provide you with highly qualified and fully trained security officers.

SPOT CHECKS:

Spot checks consist of the patrolmen entering your property in a marked patrol vehicle, patrolling designated areas, locking / unlocking pools and laundry rooms and any other special request. A spot check will usually last from 15-20 minutes.  Most clients contract spot checks when they are out-of-town, or will be absent from their property. Other clients contract spot checks for evenings, and weekends.  Parking Enforcement and Alarm Response is included with monthly patrol service.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT:

South West Private Patrol Stars Division has a very successful parking enforcement program. We have been

able to succeed where others fail. Our officers can issue warning notices to illegally parked vehicles. By recording this information on citation book and actually repots, the officer can then check to find out if a violator has previously been issued a warning.  Upon the third offense, the vehicle will be towed.

BIKE PATROL:

The bike patrol unit once assigned to a specific location and details worked out with the client as to the specific duties can be as follows:

• Patrol of open parking areas and or parking structures.
• Patrol of Property grounds that maybe to large or consume to much time for the officer to walk the property. 
• Patrol properties where a quick response is needed and the property is not large enough for a patrol car or in adequate for a golf cart.

Bike patrol officers are semi armed, to include an expandable baton, mace, handcuffs and a utility belt. Officers can be equipped with either a radio or a cell phone for communication between client, SWPP and supervision in the field. Officers can enforce the policy of the client in reference to issuance of parking citations, towing of vehicles, trespass violations, as a few examples. These officers are a great deterrent and can cover a great deal of an area or premises.

PLAIN-CLOTHES LOSS PREVENTION:

We offer our clients undercover loss prevention agents that have the ability to blend into any environment. Our employees receive extensive training on the identification and subsequent apprehension of shoplifting suspects.  In addition, South West Private Patrol Stars Division can help you establish a civil recovery program that allows you to receive damages from customers who shoplift from your store.  In the state of California your business is eligible to receive a maximum of $1,200 in civil recoveries from a customer who has shoplifted from your store.  If you combined this amount with the amount of the merchandise recovered from a shoplifter, more often than not this service will end up being profitable for your. ???
